SG carpark helps users find nearby car parks in Singapore, compare parking information, save frequently used car parks, and open navigation to a selected car park.

Information We Collect

• Location data, when you grant permission, to find nearby car parks, calculate distance, and center the map.
• Search input such as postal codes, addresses, or map taps used to show nearby car parks.
• Account information from Google or Apple sign-in, such as name, email address, and user identifier.
• Saved car parks linked to your account so your favourites can sync across supported devices.
• Advertising identifiers and app/device information through Google AdMob when ads are enabled.
• Technical app data needed by Firebase services to authenticate users, sync saved items, and keep the app reliable.

How We Use Information

• To show nearby parking options and relevant parking details.
• To support search, saved car parks, account sign-in, and navigation actions.
• To display ads and manage ad settings.
• To maintain, protect, and improve the app.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers including Firebase, Google sign-in, Apple sign-in, map/navigation services, and Google AdMob. These providers process information according to their own privacy terms and the services needed by the app.

Location

Location permission is optional but needed for nearby parking discovery. The app uses location while you are using it and does not intentionally track your location in the background.

Retention and Controls

You can sign out in the app at any time. You can remove saved car parks in the app. You can disable location access or reset advertising identifiers in your device settings.

Children

SG carpark is intended for general users and is not directed to children. The app is designed for drivers and people searching for parking information in Singapore.
