Account and Data Deletion

SG carpark lets users sign in with Google or Apple to sync saved car parks. You can delete your SG carpark account data at any time from inside the app.

How to Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open SG carpark.
2. Go to the Me tab.
3. Sign in with the Google or Apple account you want to delete.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm the deletion. You may be asked to sign in again to verify it is you.

What Will Be Deleted

• Your Firebase account record for SG carpark, where applicable.
• Your cloud-synced saved car park list.
• Associated app account identifiers stored by SG carpark.

What May Be Kept

SG carpark may keep limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or store policy compliance. The app does not intentionally retain your precise location history. Advertising data is handled by Google AdMob according to Google's privacy controls.

Timing

In-app account deletion is normally completed immediately after confirmation and any required re-authentication. If you cannot access the app, email fangmingappsupport@gmail.com from the same email address used for your SG carpark sign-in and use the subject line "SG carpark account deletion".
